CompuGroup Medical releases the 2010 Annual Report
German eHealth company again publishes the annual report online
Koblenz - 24 March 2011: Koblenz-based CompuGroup Medical AG today published the full Annual Report 2010. Following last year's success, CompuGroup Medical has again eliminated the printed paper version and instead provides an interactive version of the report available online on the website http://report2010.cgm.com/english. The paperless report saves costs, saves the environment and provides for enhanced information content with easier access and rapid navigation.

The online business report offers users a number of benefits. For example, it is possible to download Excel tables from the business report and use them directly in your own calculations. Also, we bring interactive content, animations, videos etc. into the report to make it faster, easier and more engaging to learn about CompuGroup Medical.

The content of the Annual Report 2010 follows the preliminary results that were already published on February 4th this year. In 2010, CompuGroup Medical managed to expand its international business operations, to intensify customer loyalty and achieve record sales of 312 million euros. Earnings before taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) were 67 million euros. For 2011, CompuGroup Medical expects sales revenue of between 395 and 420
million euros and operating profit (EBITDA) between 86 and 93 million euros.
