Profdoc becomes CompuGroup Medical

As it was announced one and a half year ago, when Profdoc was delisted from the stock exchange in Oslo, Profdoc was acquired by one of the world's leading eHealth suppliers - CompuGroup.  The integration process of Profdoc into CompuGroup Medical is now finalized and we think the time has come to say goodbye to the Profdoc name - and welcome the new name - CompuGroup Medical!

How will this affect our users?

As most of our users have probably noticed, we have not lost our local ties and commitment following the acquisition by CompuGroup Medical - and we never will! A part of the CompuGroup Medical business model is the local commitment and presence in order to be responsive to the requests from our users. Therefore, we will still be present all around the Northern Europe region as we are today - just under a different name!  Nonetheless, there are some sincere benefits of joining CompuGroup Medical.
