The corporate structure is designed to capture scale efficiencies and foster collaboration between regional units. Each region embraces the CompuGroup Medical overall goal and works to promote the product portfolio in their respective regions. While the common goal is shared across all regions we still recognize the need to provide locally adapted solutions that are tailored to local demands.

The Matrix

To provide for the above the CompuGroup Medical corporate structure is designed as a regional-functional matrix organization with senior executives reporting directly to the group CEO. The structure promotes central autocracy with local autonomy, allowing for a strong and decisive central office with swift and limber regional units.
