With an employee portal solution new ways are created to make human resource processes leaner, more flexible, more transparent and, above all, considerably faster. At the same time, the administrative burden in human resource departments is clearly reduced. Due to the prompt availability of data relevant for the employee, his/her administration and decision processes are facilitated and individual responsibility is strengthened. The WEB information platform provides access to the most important information of all functional areas in human resource. In case of authorized users, general information such as parameterizable employee and presence information, based on time and access entries as well as absence information is generally available. The employee portal's comprehensive range of functions falls into the following categories:

 

Time management

For recording, changing, and analyzing of time recording date the following functionalities are available:

  • - Parameterizable online terminal
  • - Time stamping and actual hours
  • - Manual time stamping and corrections
  • - Balance information
  • - Time protocols

The time recorded is provided automatically to downstream functional areas such as matching of target and actual hours in on duty. Superiors may use controlling information such as compensatory time-off credits as basis for appropriate allowances.

Schedule-relevant information

Due to the importance of on duty for staff management and payroll accounting, particular attention is paid to the interaction between the functions of on duty and the WEB platform.

The main focus lies on the following functions:
